Following the placement test the online school offers tailored language courses from a catalogue of 93 courses based exactly on the six competence levels of the official European framework of reference for languages (CEF). The course plan is based on the combination of the entry level language skills and the individual target learning objectives. Courses provide students with the opportunity to adapt the language course to their personal needs. An individual solution is chosen according to a needs analysis and the acquired level in the placement test. The student is then placed into one of the CEF levels.

Every software exercise offers the student immediate feedback at different levels, adapting to the students strengths and weaknesses. In contrast to most other language learning programs the software analyses every mistake separately, providing the student with very detailed feedback analysis on specific errors (e.g. “Correct, but please check your word order”).

Online tutoring is an active online tutoring service with real trainers working on their student's individual learning progress. The online tutor is available via virtual classroom, e-mail, telephone and fax and will answer any questions related to the language course. Online language students need that little additional motivation, and this is exactly what is provided by the online tutoring service.
